It was so cool – I had opened a bank account in mere minutes with absolutely no paper works, and I already had a debit card in my possession.

Steps How to open a GoTyme account
Via kiosk
You can open an account with their kiosks that can be seen in Robinson’s owned supermarkets or Shopwise.
- Visit a kiosk near you. Go to www.gotyme.com.ph/kiosk-locations to find one.
- Follow the on-screen account opening process.
- Scan your valid ID, register your fingerprint, and have your picture taken via the kiosk.
- Claim your free ATM debit card immediately after successful account opening.
Via the mobile app
You may also open an account through their mobile app if you’re unable to go to a kiosk location.
- Download the free GoTyme Bank app in Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Prepare a valid ID.
- Follow the account opening process.

Other perks with your GoTyme account
Your GoTyme account is an all-in-one savings account, e-wallet, and rewards points card. Here are the perks that comes with it:
- There is no minimum maintaining balance for a GoTyme Bank account or Go Save account.
- It is free to transfer funds from one GoTyme account to another, or to your Robinsons Bank account. However, it is only for free to transfer to other banks for up to 3 times per week.
- Your ATM debit card acts as a “rewards points” card. You will earn 3x Go Rewards points when you shop at Robinsons Supermarkets, Robinsons Department Stores, and Go Rewards partner stores. You can also earn 1x Go Rewards points everywhere else.
- With GoTyme Bank’s Go Save account in the mobile app, you can earn up to 3% of interest per annum, accrued daily, and paid monthly with no minimum deposit or average daily balance requirement to earn interest. As of August 2023, the interest was up to 5%.
- GoTyme Bank is fully licensed and regulated by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Like a regular bank, deposits are insured by PDIC up to Php500,000 per depositor.
